Dermatologist & Phlebologist
PD Dr. med. Felizitas Pannier is a specialist in dermatology and Phlebology. She runs her own phlebological-dermatological private practice in Bonn. She conducts scientific research at the University of Cologne, focusing on the epidemiology, endovenous thermal ablation and the effect of sclerosing agents. Her main areas of work include endovenous laser therapy and foam sclerotherapy. She is co-organizer of the Bonn Vein Study and has been organizing regular training courses in Phlebology since 2007.

Professor Rabe studied medicine in Aachen and specialized in dermatology and Angiology in Essen and Bonn, where he worked as a senior physician in Phlebology. Since his retirement, he has been working in the practice of PD Dr. Pannier in Bonn.
With over 130 publications and a focus on venous diseases, he was the author of numerous guidelines and president of the German Society for Phlebology and the Union Internationale de Phlébologie. He is a conductor of the Bonn Vein Study.
